This series of billboards promote the health benefits of eating bananas daily. The copy for each ad is a play on words, taking lyrics from Day-O (The Banana Boat Song), a folk song originally sung by Jamaican banana workers, and humorously relating it to snack time. The design consists of all simple hand-drawn elements and a subtle yellow background. These ads would also each display a local AM radio station that motorists could tune in to while driving and enjoy the classic Harry Belafonte melody.
